TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN

The right to return products bearing the trademarks owned by Giorgio Armani S.p.A. shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:


 • The products have not been used, worn, washed or modified;

 • The identification tag is still attached to the products;

 • The products are returned in their original packaging;

 • The products are not damaged.


You will inform the store about the Return by providing the following information via email:

·        Tracking number;

·        Return form filled in;

·        Proof of purchase.


Shipping cost for return products are at your charge.


Once the products are back in store within the term of 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase, it will be checked if they meet the above criteria, then the outcome of the return and the acceptance of the items will be communicated to you.


If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above and the return is accepted, you may replace the product/products or ask for a Refund based on the payment method used for the purchase.


Additional notes:

 • The change can be done with proof of purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase and only after the store that received the products to be replaced has checked that all of the above requirements have been met.

 • Exchange product can be done in two different ways only and exclusively if the outlet stores identified by the shop sign “Armani Outlet” and/or “Armani” are not closed because of the application of legal government restrictions due to the epidemiological evidence caused by Covid-19, as follows:

- Physically in every Armani outlet of the same country. *(See the full list of Armani outlets at the end of this document). This return method applies only if the store is open;

- Remotely, by contacting the store where you bought the products and organizing the return shipment.

If the product or products selected for replacement are not available, the store may not accept your replacement request and will therefore reimburse you for the price of the product or products purchased.

If the product or products selected for replacement are available in the store, the store will accept your replacement request and will send you an email confirming the shipment of the products.

Products will be shipped within fourteen (14) days from the date the store becomes aware of your replacement request. The shipping costs for the replacement products will be borne by the store.


 • If, in the meantime, the price of the selected items changes, you will be refunded the amount paid.


Refund times and procedures

If the return is accepted according to the provisions set forth above, Giorgio Armani Retail S.r.l. (“Armani”) shall refund the amounts paid for the returned products according to the methods and times described below. The reimbursement of the sums shall be made by Armani, in all cases, to the person that made the payment.


The refund procedure will be initiated by Armani within fourteen (14) days from when Armani was informed of your decision to return. The procedure will begin after checking to ensure that yours return is in accordance with the present terms and conditions and that the returned products have been accepted as indicated above.


Armani issues the refund using the same payment method you used to purchase the returned products, unless you have expressly agreed with the Armani to use another payment method, and on the condition that you must not incur any further cost as a result of the refund.


The value date for the credit shall be the same as the value date of the original debit and consequently you shall not lose bank interest.


If the return is not accepted:

Should the terms and conditions hereby indicated not be respected, you will not be entitled to any refund of sums already paid to Armani. Within fourteen 14 days of sending the email whereby you are informed of the non-acceptance of the return, you will be redelivered the products, at your expense, and in the condition in which they were returned to Armani, according to the procedures of which you will be informed.
