Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received them from the Vendor. Returned items must be shipped back to the Vendor within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you informed the Vendor of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The products may be returned by dispatching the package through the shipping agent indicated by the Vendor (UPS), or through another shipping agent, (per the standard form pursuant to Art. 49, subsection 4 of the Consumer Code). We also invite you to complete the Return Form* available on the web site in the Customer Care area, in order for us to provide you with a Return Number (the Vendor will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of the withdrawal request sent through the Return Form), or after having drafted and sent the Vendor another declaration explicitly stating your decision to withdraw from the contract, without prejudice, in this latter case, to it remaining your responsibility to prove that you exercised your withdrawal right in a proper, timely manner.

www.armani.com gives you the option of returning products free of charge via UPS (contactable using the UPS number). You can return the products to www.armani.com via UPS using the UPS return label included in the package. Please contact Customer Care if you did not receive a UPS return label.
If you do not use the UPS return label, please send the goods by parcel or registered post so that the goods arrive at www.armani.com safely and undamaged, and the goods can be tracked in the event of loss.

The period begins after receipt of these instructions in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (with the recurring delivery of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilment of our notification obligations under Article 246(2) in conjunction with Paragraph 1 (1) and (2) of the Introductory Act to the Civil Code (Einführungsgesetz zum Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch - EGBGB), and our obligations under Article 312e(1)(1) of the Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch - BGB) in conjunction with Article 246(3) EGBGB.
Remember to return the package within 14 days of the date on which you completed the return form. Please use the pre-printed adhesive UPS return label included in the package for your return. Please contact UPS to arrange a date for collection (www.ups.com). Please ensure that you use the package in which you received your order and the corresponding pre-printed return label. Please contact Customer Care if you have lost your return label.
All our products must be returned in new, unused and perfect condition along with all the protective packaging, attached labels and stickers (where applicable), including all accessories and documents.
We reserve the right not to accept a return if the product shows signs of wear, or has in any way been used or altered from its original condition. Alternatively, we reserve the right to reduce the amount of any refund or exchange.
The amount may be reduced due to the following circumstances, for example:
- the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged and/or washed;
- the identification label with the tamper-proof seal is not attached to the products or has not been returned. Please note that the identification label is an essential component of every product. and / or
- you have not returned packaging that forms part of a product (e.g. a dust cover).
Once the Vendor has received your return and verified that all requirements are met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return and the refund process specified here will begin. The item once again becomes the property of Giorgio Armani. You will receive an email informing you of the amount deducted from the refund if the value of the returned products has decreased.
In the event of an effective cancellation, the goods and payments received by both parties and any benefits acquired (e.g. interest) must be returned. If you are unable to return the goods received to us in whole or in part, or can only do so in a poorer condition, you must reimburse us for the loss of value in this respect as necessary.
This does not apply to the return of items if their deterioration is solely due to your having examined them - as you would have been able to do in a physical store, for example. However, you can avoid this obligation to reimburse any value for deterioration caused by the use of the item for its intended purpose by not using the item as your property and refraining from doing anything that may impair its value. Items that can be sent by parcel delivery are returned at our risk.
You must cover the costs of the return if the goods supplied correctly match the goods you ordered and providing the price of the return item does not exceed the sum of €40, or if the price of the item is higher, if you have not yet provided payment or a contractually agreed part payment at the time of cancellation. Returns are otherwise free of charge for you.
Items that cannot be sent by parcel delivery will be collected from you. Obligations to refund payment must be met within 30 days. This period begins for you when you send the declaration of cancellation or the goods, and for us when we receive them.
Your right of cancellation is deemed exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:
a) notwithstanding the option of returning the products to an Armani store, the cancellation form* (available online via www.armani.com) or other express declaration of your intention to cancel the contract must be correctly completed and delivered to the Vendor within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product or from collection of the order at the point of sale if you selected the “in-store collection” option at the time of purchase;
b) the products must not be used, worn or washed;
c) the identification card must still be attached to the product with the tamper-proof seal because it forms an integral part of the product;
d) the returned items must be sent to the Vendor in their original packaging along with the corresponding pre-printed return label;
e) please ensure that you use the package in which you received your order and the appropriate pre-printed return label;
f) the returned items must be handed over to the carrier service within fourteen (14) days of the day on which you notified the Vendor of cancellation of the contract. If you have chosen to return the products directly to an Armani store, you must return the items to staff in store within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
If you choose to return the items at an Armani store, there will be no charge to you and you do not have to complete the online return form. You only have to return the items to staff in store in the original packaging and cover, along with the pre-printed return label and the order summary, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the items. Our staff will check whether the return complies with the conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale. We will notify you by email if the return is accepted.
If you would like to return the purchased products to an Armani store, please remember to have your IBAN with you and give this to the sales staff so that it can be recorded on your customer card and the value refunded to your bank account.

You have the option of exchanging the purchased item instead of receiving a refund of the purchase price in certain instances which are specifically listed on the cancellation and exchange form.
An exchange is only available in the following cases:
- products can only be exchanged if this option is expressly specified on the cancellation and exchange form by the use of the word “exchange”;
- you may only request an exchange of one or more purchased products for products of the same model and a different size and/or colour. The exchange options available are always listed on the cancellation and exchange form;
- you may request the exchange of one or more products within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery by completing the return and exchange form and sending it to the Vendor by electronic means within the above deadline. The return must be handed over to the carrier within fourteen (14) days of completion of the return and exchange form.
- you can only make one exchange request for each item purchased;
- the products you wish to exchange must be returned to the Vendor in their original packaging and must not be used, worn, washed or damaged. The identification card with the tamper-proof seal must also still be attached to the product;
- please ensure that you use the package in which you received your order and the corresponding pre-printed return label.
If all the above conditions are met, and after you have completed and returned the cancellation and exchange form, the Vendor will process your exchange request and send you a confirmation email for this purpose.
As soon as the Vendor has received the products you wish to exchange and has determined that all the above requirements have been met, the Vendor will check the actual availability of the products in the size and/or colour of your choice at the logistics centres. The Vendor will not be able to accept your exchange request if the products selected for exchange are not available at its logistics centres, and will then refund the price of the non-exchangeable product(s) originally purchased, in accordance with the process described in this Policy.
If the products selected for exchange are available, the Vendor can accept your exchange request and will send you an email confirming that the replacement products have been shipped. In this case, the products will be shipped within thirty (30) days of the day on which GIORGIO ARMANI became aware of your exchange request and verified that the above conditions have been complied with. The costs of shipping the replacement products will be covered by the Vendor. The Vendor will also select the respective carrier service.
You will not be entitled to a refund or a credit of the balance if the price of the product you purchased is lower or higher than the price of the product you have chosen as a replacement. The Vendor will contact you if your request for a replacement cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, you may have the products you wished to exchange returned to you at your own expense.
The Vendor reserves the right to retain the products and the relevant amount if you refuse this return shipment. The exchanged product(s) may be exchanged again later within the definitions and limits set out here.
As advised by the Vendor, returned products may be shipped by the package delivery company UPS, using the pre-printed label enclosed in the package in which the products were shipped. If you use UPS, the Vendor will be paying the shipping costs and track the package at any time. Please contact UPS (or visit their site: www.ups.com) to organise pick-up. If you decide to use a different shipping courier than the one provided by the Vendor, you will have to pay for the cost of return shipping upfront and you will be responsible in case of loss or damage to the products during transport.
