Chef Michele Brogioni has worked for some of the most distinguished global organizations and restaurants within the French-Italian fine dining industry throughout his 25+ years of experience. Mr. Brogioni’s career began in 1989 when he was recruited by Italy’s Formula One Racing Team as Chef de Cuisine and quickly progressed, being appointed as Chef at various Michelin Star restaurants throughout Italy, including Locanda Dell’Amorosa, Il Falconiere Relais & Chateaux, and Relais & Chateaux. He was appointed chef in Greece and Moscow, where his restaurants were awarded Best Italian Restaurant in each country.
From 2008 through 2012, Mr. Brogioni also acted as Executive Chef at Dellos Catering, carrying out prestigious catering appointments for State Dinners put on the by Kremlin Palace in honor of visiting foreign dignitaries and prominent world banquets. In July of 2016, Mr. Brogioni joined Armani Ristorante 5th Avenue as Executive Chef where he and his team continue to offer guests authentic Italian cuisine in an elegant and relaxed setting, with inspiration stemming from elegance, flavor, and respect learned from cooking with his father. Chef Michele is a fanatic for pasta and holds the risotto at the Ristorante as one of his favorites.
