The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on our web site (“www.armani.com”). The products purchased on www.armani.com are directly sold by Giorgio Armani Retail UK Branch (Registered Number FC027004) (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us” or “the Vendor”), with registered office in 5 Howick Place, London SW1P 1WG. Requests for information should be made through our Customer Care. If you need any assistance, go to the Customer Care area, where you will find information on orders, shipping, refunds and returning products purchased on www.armani.com, as well as other general information on the services provided by www.armani.com. 1. Our Business Policy
- The Vendor offers products for sale on www.armani.com and its e-commerce business services are available exclusively to its end users, i.e. the "Consumers".
- "Consumer" shall mean any individual who is acting for purposes which are outside his or her trade, business or profession. If you are not a Consumer, please do not buy any products on www.armani.com.
- The Vendor reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not Consumers and any other order which does not comply with this section 1.
- These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer and the sale of products on www.armani.com between the Consumers and the Vendor.
- The General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products performed by third parties that are on www.armani.com through links, banners or other hypertext links. Before sending orders and purchasing products and services from those third parties, we recommend that you verify the third party's terms and conditions, since the Vendor shall under no circumstances be deemed liable for the supply of services provided by third parties or for the execution of e-commerce transactions between the users of www.armani.com and third parties.
2. How to Execute a Contract with the Vendor
- The display of the products on www.armani.com and their prices do not represent an offer but rather an invitation to treat. In order to place an offer by submitting an order form for the purchase of one or more products on www.armani.com, you must follow the instructions provided during the online purchase process, namely: (i) add the products in the shopping bag, (ii) click the "proceed to payment" button, (iii) insert your email address, (iv) choose whether to proceed with or without registering (as guest) on the website, (v) fill in the form with your personal information (name, surname, address, email, telephone, shipping/billing address), (vi) select your shipping and payment methods, (v) accept these terms and conditions of sale and (vi) place your order through the website.
- Before submitting the order form, you will be given the possibility to identify and correct possible errors and will be asked to read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Return Policy carefully, and - should you wish – you may print a copy using the print option and keep it safe for your personal use.
- By submitting an order form to and making a contract with the Vendor, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy. Should you not agree with certain provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale or other provisions governing the relationship with the Vendor contained under the General Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of products on www.armani.com.
- The order form will be filed in our data base for the time required to process your order and as provided by law. If you choose to register on the website, you may access your order form by clicking on the section called Track My Order, into the footer of our website..
- Upon submission of an order form, the Vendor shall send you an automatic purchase order receipt email (“Receipt order confirmation”), containing a summary of the information related to the order form (General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the products' main characteristics, detailed information on the price, terms of payment and shipping costs). This Receipt order confirmation email does not, however, mean that your order has been accepted. All orders submitted by you are subject to the Vendor's acceptance.
- The Vendor may not fulfil requests for purchases, on legitimate grounds, when – for instance - there are not sufficient guarantees of solvency, when order forms are incomplete or incorrect, or the products are no longer available. In the above cases, we shall inform you by email that your offer cannot be processed specifying the reasons thereof and, where applicable, release without undue delay the amounts previously pre-authorized. Such order rejection shall be sent to the email address provided by you in the order.
- The contract between us and you will only be formed if and when you receive from us an email notification confirming shipment of your order (“Order acceptance and shipping confirmation”). We will provide you with a summary of our commercial and contractual conditions of sale, which will refer via relevant link to these General Conditions of Sale and the Return Policy and a summary of the main characteristics of each product ordered and its unit price (including all applicable fees and taxes), the type of payment you have used to purchase each product, delivery methods for the products purchased, shipping and delivery costs, as well as the Vendor’s information, physical address and email address and the date by which the Vendor undertakes to deliver the products. The Vendor will also provide you with a summary of these conditions, as governing your purchases, including your right to withdraw, the cost of returning the products (if any) and the statutory warranty of product conformity.
- You agree to receive the receipt of your purchase in electronic format. If you completed your order as a registered customer, you can find the receipt together with all order details on the Order Detail page. If you have purchased as a non-registered customer, you can find and download your order receipt at any time from the Track Your Order page. If you have chosen the option to also receive an invoice, you will always find it on these pages together with your receipt.
- The official language of the country from which the purchase is made is the language used for executing contracts with the Vendor.
3. Guarantees, Product Price Indication and Legal Rights
- On www.armani.com, we only offer products marked with trademarks belonging to Giorgio Armani S.p.A..
- The Vendor does not sell second-hand products nor flawed products on www.armani.com.
- The main characteristics of products are shown on www.armani.com on each product page. Despite our best efforts to display on www.armani.com images that properly and accurately reflect the products offered for sale, such images may however not exactly reflect the real garments in terms of image and colours due to the Internet browser or monitor used. Please refer to the description included on each product page.
- Prices of products are indicated on the www.armani.com website and are inclusive of any applicable VAT, sales taxes or other taxes. Prices do not include delivery charges, which, if any, shall be added to the price of the products and will be communicated to you during the purchase process.
- Prices are subject to change before you order. Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form.
- All products sold by the Vendor are covered by your legal right to receive products that are as described on our website and meet the requirements imposed by law.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
- Up to 30 days: if your goods are faulty, then you can get a refund.
- Up to six months: if your goods cannot be repaired or replaced, then you are entitled to a full refund, in most cases.
- Up to six years: if your goods do not last a reasonable length of time, you may be entitled to some money back.

4. Payments
- Payment of the product prices and relevant costs for shipping and delivery must be made by using one of the procedures available on the armani.com website, as indicated on the order form.
- In case of payment by Credit/Debit Card, all details (for example, card number or expiration date) will be sent by encrypted protocol to Banca Sella or other banks which provide remote electronic payment services, without third parties having any access thereto whatsoever. Such details will not be used by the Vendor except for performing the procedure relevant to your purchase or issuing refunds in the case of returns in compliance with the exercise of your return right or for reporting cases of fraud to the police. The price for the purchase of products and the corresponding costs for shipping and delivery, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your account only when the purchased products are actually shipped.
5. Shipping and Delivery of the Products
- You will need to insert the address to which you wish to receive the items purchased, among the preselected countries, as available on the relevant section of the site. The systems will not allow you to complete the order procedure should you request to have the product purchased shipped to an address to which the Vendor cannot ship.

The information provided herein is an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and, consequently, it shall be assumed that you have fully read and accepted them when you submit your order.

7. Returns and Refunds

- You have the right to withdraw from/cancel the agreement if you change your mind for any reason and without any penalties within thirty (30) days from the date on which you take physical possession of the products or, in case of multiple packages delivered for the same order, the last package delivered. To withdraw from the agreement you can:
- fill in the online return form available on the link https://www.armani.com/track/orders/ by clicking on “Return” (the “Return Form”);

- send us an email to clientservice@care.armani.com specifying your decision to withdraw and also providing the date of receipt of the products, the order number, your first and last name, and the e-mail address of the account associated with the order.
Please consider that should any of the details of the Return Form or the information to be provided according to this section be omitted, we may not be in a position to process your withdrawal request. - All Products come with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. Do not remove the tag or seal from the purchased product if you wish to return the purchased product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for personalized products.
- Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, the Vendor will make a corresponding deduction from your refund, or in limited circumstances will not accept returned products, if products are returned without the corresponding tag or seal or have been altered from their original status or damaged to an extent that exceeds the level needed to establish the products' nature, features and use.

9. Governing Law
- These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by English law. In any event, no provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale may prevent the operation of the protections provided for by the mandatory provisions of domestic law of your place of residence or domicile.
- Any dispute concerning the interpretation and/or execution and/or termination of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of your residence or domicile.
- For European Union countries only: please note that the European Commission provides a platform for alternative extra-judicial resolution of disputes, available on the website http://ec.europa.eu/odr
10. Amendments and Updates
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time due to new laws and regulations or other reasons. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be effective as of the date of publication on www.armani.com and become an integral part of the new contracts upon the submission by the Consumer of the first purchase order following receipt of the notice of amendment.
