Famed for its French‑Vietnamese cuisine and its long association with leading figures from art, fashion and cinema, Indochine has also been one of Giorgio Armani’s preferred spots during his time in New York. Over the decades, it has become a symbol of style and cultural influence in downtown Manhattan.
For this occasion, Emporio Armani Ristorante will adopt Indochine’s distinctive atmosphere, featuring its signature banana‑leaf graphics and floral décor. The menu will include a selection of its house specialities.
OUR EXECUTIVE CHEFFERDINANDO PALOMBAFerdinando Palomba is the Executive Chef of the Emporio Armani Ristorante & Caffè in Milan. Head of the restaurant's kitchen since 2008, Ferdinando Palomba has also been a member of the Armani Group's team of chefs in charge of creating and implementing the brand's restaurant concepts around the world. He has always been passionate about Italian cuisine and culinary tradition, and has acquired experience in prestigious restaurants around Italy and abroad. His cuisine expresses a strong Italian identity ranging from north to south, with particular emphasis on the choice of raw materials and balanced combinations.
