The Armani Exchange Gift Card (hereinafter the “Gift Card”) is a non-personalized, prepaid card that can be redeemed by the holder for private and non-commercial use only. It is intended for Armani Exchange customers and may be used exclusively in participating Stores (as defined below) for personal purchases or as a gift for family and friends.

Gift Cards are available for purchase in “Armani Exchange” stores included in the list of participating stores (hereinafter the “Stores”), shown at the end of these General Terms & Conditions and displayed within the Stores themselves.

The Gift Card may be purchased in cash or using any of the other payment methods accepted by GIORGIO ARMANI RETAIL. Upon purchase in a participating Store, the Customer will receive a receipt indicating the amount loaded onto the card and its validity date.

The Gift Card becomes active and usable immediately upon issuance of the receipt.

Customers may choose the amount to be loaded onto the Gift Card, denominated in local currency, from a minimum of £50.00 up to the maximum permitted under the applicable anti–money laundering regulations in force at the time of purchase. The value loaded on the card corresponds to the actual sum paid by the Customer.

Use of the Gift Card is governed by the following General Terms & Conditions:

1. Gift Cards cannot, under any circumstances, be redeemed in a country other than the one in which they were activated.
2. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of activation (purchase), unless the full credit is redeemed before the expiry date.
3. Gift Cards may be redeemed in a single payment for one purchase equal to or exceeding the card value, or across multiple purchases until the available credit is fully used.
4. For each purchase, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the remaining balance on the Gift Card.
5. For information on the remaining balance and expiry date of a Gift Card, please present the card at the cash desk of any participating Store.
6. If the Gift Card does not have sufficient balance to cover the desired purchase, the difference must be paid in cash or using another payment method accepted by the Store. The remaining balance cannot be transferred to another Gift Card or exchanged for cash. Gift Cards are not rechargeable.
7. After the expiry date, Gift Cards can no longer be used and any remaining credit, even if partially unused, will not be refunded.
8. Gift Cards are not personalized and may be used by anyone who presents them at the time of purchase in participating Stores.
9. The Gift Card holder is solely responsible for its safekeeping and use. GIORGIO ARMANI RETAIL shall not be held liable in the event of theft, loss, or damage to the Gift Card. In such cases, the Gift Card will not be replaced or refunded.

Articles purchased using a Gift Card in any of the Stores are subject to the same general terms and conditions of sale applicable to any other purchase made in Armani Exchange Stores.

Any complaints regarding the use of a Gift Card must be submitted at one of the participating Stores in the country of purchase.

The purchase and/or use of a Gift Card constitutes full acceptance of these General Terms & Conditions, which are presented to the customer at the time of purchase and are available in all participating Stores.

These General Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising from or relating to them, their subject matter, or formation (including the purchase or use of a Gift Card), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws of the country in which the Gift Card was purchased. The competent court shall be determined in accordance with local legislation.
