Welcome to the Armani/Ristorante in Tokyo

The Armani/Ristorante is located on the 10th and 11th floors of the 56-metre high Armani/Ginza Tower concept store, a major architectural landmark situated in the prestigious shopping district of the Japanese capital.

In addition to the 3-course lunch and 3-course dinner menus, Executive Chef Carmine Amarante is pleased to offer you an Omakase tasting experience blending the autumn flavours with his flair and creativity.

This Christmas, you are invited to indulge in our special festive dishes with your loved ones. The Christmas menu will be available from the 23rd of December to the 25th of December.

OUR EXECUTIVE CHEF

CARMINE AMARANTE

Carmine, born in Naples, Italy, studied at kitchen school in Naples and then gained various career experiences as a chef at restaurants with Michelin stars around the world, including Nino di Costanzo 2* in Ischia, Italy, Martin Berasategui 3* in San Sebastian in Spain. In 2018, he came to Japan and to work at Heinz Beck Tokyo as the executive chef at the age of 28, and after only one year, he acquired a Michelin star, bringing great honor to the restaurant.

Carmine joined the Armani Group in August 2020 to supervise all culinary offerings at Armani in Japan including the Armani/Ristorante, Armani Wine Lounge, and Emporio Armani Caffè.

Carmine is proud to express a unique combination of traditional Italian recipes and high-quality Japanese ingredients, always respecting the brand’s philosophy. For example, the dish in his debut course ‘The tortelli alla genovese’, has Hida Wagyu inside the tortelli and shows a perfect combination of Italian technic and Japanese ingredients.
