2. Armani.com accessibility statement
1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
Giorgio Armani is committed to making its digital experience accessible to all users, regardless of technology or ability. We want all of our customers to be able to browse our collections, obtain product and service information, and complete a purchase independently, with dignity and on equal terms.
Our goal is to design and maintain our website in substantial conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA while complying with applicable laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
To support this goal, we integrate accessibility requirements into our design and development processes; commission regular accessibility evaluations by qualified independent specialists, combining automated testing with manual expert review and, where appropriate, assistive technology testing; remediate issues in the underlying code rather than relying on overlays; train our teams; and include accessibility requirements in our vendor contracts. Our Digital Division oversees accessibility efforts for armani.com and monitors our ongoing remediation efforts.
Accessibility is not a fixed state. As our site evolves, we continue to test it, identify barriers, and remediate them. We maintain a remediation plan to address issues progressively, although certain third-party technologies or legacy components may present accessibility limitations while remediation or replacement is underway. Our focus is continuous improvement.
We welcome reports of any barrier a visitor encounters so that we can investigate and address it.
2. Scope and Third-Party Content
This statement applies to armani.com as accessed in the United States.
Some content on our website relies on third-party software or services that are outside Giorgio Armani's control. While we encourage these providers to conform to recognized accessibility standards, we cannot control all aspects of the accessibility of their content or functionality.
3. Accessibility Assistance
If you use an assistive technology and encounter difficulty, or if you notice any other barrier on armani.com, please contact us so that we can help and investigate the issue:

We aim to acknowledge accessibility-related requests within five (5) business days and to work towards a resolution within ten (10) business days. Where additional time is needed to investigate or resolve an issue, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the information, product, or service through an accessible alternative in the meantime.
We value your feedback and use it to help improve the accessibility of our digital experiences.
