TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN

The right to return products bearing the ARMANI / CASA trademark shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

• the products have not been used, worn, washed or modified;

• the identification tag, and/or warranty seals, if available, are still attached to the products;

• the products are returned in their original packaging;

• the products are not damaged;

• Regarding products equipped with warranty seals that may contain hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases (such as, by way of example, fragrances), these must have their warranty seals intact and must not have been used or opened in any way, rendering them non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or health protection reasons.

Returns are allowed only within the same country where the products were purchased. Returns of products bought in different countries are not permitted. Likewise, all personalized products, special orders, and made-to-measure or made-to-order items, are excluded from these return conditions. Exchanges and returns are not allowed for these products.

You will inform the store about the Return by providing the following information via email:

• Tracking number

• Return form filled in

• Proof of purchase

Shipping cost for return product are at your charge.

Once the products are back in store within the term of 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase, they will be checked if they meet the above criteria, then the outcome of the return and the acceptance of the items will be communicated to you via email.

If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above and the return is accepted, you may replace the product / products or ask for a Refund based on payment method used for the purchase.

Additional notes:

• The change can be done with proof of purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase and only after the store that received the products to be replaced has checked that all the above requirements have been met.

Exchange product can be done in two different ways:

- Physically in every ARMANI/CASA store in the same country. *(see the full list of ARMANI/CASA stores at the end of the document).

- Remotely, by contacting the store where you bought the product and organizing the shipping back.

- If the product or products selected for replacement are not available, the store may not accept your replacement request and will therefore reimburse you for the price of the product or products that were originally purchased.

- If the products selected for replacement are available, the store may accept your replacement request and will therefore send you an email confirming shipment of the replacement products.

- Products will be shipped within fourteen (14) days from the date when the store becomes aware of your replacement request. The costs of shipping replacement products will be borne by the store.

• If in the meantime the article changes the price, the client will be refunded with the amount he/she paid.

Refund times and procedures

If the return is accepted according to the provisions set forth above, Giorgio Armani Retail S.r.l. (ā€œArmaniā€) shall refund the amounts paid for the returned products according to the methods and times described below. The reimbursement of the sums shall be made by Armani, in all cases, to the person that made the payment.

The refund procedure will be initiated by Armani within fourteen (14) days from when Armani was informed of your decision to return. The procedure will begin after checking to ensure that your return is in accordance with the present terms and conditions and that the returned products have been accepted as indicated above.

Armani issues the refund using the same payment method you used to purchase the returned products, unless you have expressly agreed with the Armani to use another payment method, and on the condition that you must not incur any further cost as a result of the refund.

The value date for the credit shall be the same as the value date of the original debit and consequently you shall not lose bank interest.

If the return is not accepted:

Should the terms and conditions hereby indicated not be respected, you will not be entitled to any refund of sums already paid to Armani. As soon as the redelivered products are checked, the store will send you a non-acceptance email. Within 14 (fourteen) days the store has sent the above mentioned email, you will be redelivered the products, at your expense, and in the condition in which they were returned to Armani, according to the procedures of which you will be informed.
